Neal Hatley to become England scrum coach

Neal Hatley, the Bath scrum coach, is set to join the England set-up under Eddie Jones. Negotiations are under way on the details of his exit clause from Bath, which, if agreed, should make him free to tour with the England squad to Australia this summer.
