Jonathan Joseph has committed his future to Bath Rugby, renewing his contract with the West Country Club.
One of the form players of the Aviva Premiership, Joseph has scored seven tries in 15 games in the opening stages of the 2014/15 season. He has thrived in the attack-minded Bath back line, forming an elusive, dynamic partnership with Kyle Eastmond.
His piercing runs, impactful breaks and strong defence have been noticed just as much as his nose for the try line, with the 23 year old earning a call-up to Stuart Lancaster's England squad as injury cover ahead of this year's QBE Autumn Internationals.
"I feel I've really developed as a player since I've been here at Bath," said Joseph. "With the help of the great coaches here I've added more elements to my skillset, so I definitely wanted to stay here."
Head Coach Mike Ford added: "JJ is an incredibly talented young player, who is on the brink of breaking into the England squad, and deservedly so. He has been on fantastic form for us, providing a real threat in our back line and his defence is international class too. He's matured as a player over the last year or so, and we're delighted he's staying with us."
