Bath Rugby would like to make all supporters travelling to this Saturday's derby game against Gloucester aware that travel may be affected on the day.
We have been advised by First Great Western that planned engineering works on Saturday will mean that the railway will be closed between Gloucester and Swindon/Bristol Parkway. Buses will replace trains on both these routes.
Cross Country will be running and hourly service between Gloucester and Bristol via Newport.
In addition, Kingsholm Road will be closed between 12.00 and 18.00, and the actual closure will be between Alvin Street and Sebert Street.
For those who are interested and have purchased or have been allocated parking at the ground, they will be able to access the main car park between 10.00 and 12.00 prior to the closure being put into force. Once in force, access to the main car park will be permitted via Skinner Street up until 13.30, when a lock down will be put in place until 30 minutes after the final whistle.
Due to this, we advise you plan accordingly to ensure you're there in good time to cheer the boys on in this massive derby day game!
