Bath Rugby head coach Gary Gold not giving up on top-six finish despite loss at Harlequins

Bath Rugby head coach Gary Gold was left counting the cost of two second-half errors after his side went down 23-9 at Harlequins.

England internationals Danny Care and Ugo Monye cashed in to score the game’s two tries and leave Bath outside the Aviva Premiership’s top six with only next Saturday’s home game against Leicester and a trip to leaders Saracens remaining this term.

Gold said: " I thought the guys showed a huge amount of character throughout the whole game really and you can see the intent was to come out here and ask questions of a very good Quins team and try and keep the ball in hand.
