Bath's Mark McMillan insists that wrestling the number nine jersey off teammate Michael Claassens this season would be one of the greatest achievements of his career.
The first opportunity to get started on doing just that comes in tonight's J.P. Morgan Asset Management Premiership Rugby 7's Series at Kingsholm.
McMillan is entering his third season at the club but has never been able to call the scrum-half berth his own as Claassens has dominated the position since his arrival five years ago.
And despite turning 30 before next season kicks off, the South African's powers show no signs of waning.
