Your guide to tonight’s match against Leicester Tigers

Tonight, the Rec sees another great rugby rivalry revived. Bath Rugby vs. Leicester Tigers matches are always ferocious affairs and that rivalry is only heightened when they are played in the knockout stages of a cup competition. There are still some tickets available so call 0844 448 1865 to buy yours now.

Kick-off is at 7:30pm with the gates opening for ticket holders at 5:30pm. There will be a minutes silence before the game to pay our respects to the 6 young men who were sadly killed in Afghanistan on Tuesday from the 3rd Battalion Yorkshire Regiment, 5 of whom were based in Warminster.

The 21st Signal Regiment from Colerne will be back at the Rec this week performing the Guard of Honour as the teams run out at the start of the match and for the 2nd half.

Pre and post-match there will be live music in the beer tent at the back of the Novia (East) stand towards the IPL South Stand from acoustic singer / songwriter, Harry North.

The 'LV Girls' will be performing on the pitch at half time and there will be a special dedication to Bath Rugby, Leicester Tigers, England and British Lions legend Lewis Moody on the Big Screen.
The Bath Park & Ride services from Newbridge, Lansdown and Odd Down to the City Centre will be operating a late evening service. The last buses will leave the City Centre to go back to the Park & Ride sites at 10.30pm.
Due to the Bath Half Marathon on Sunday there are quite a few more tents and pieces of infrastructure in place at the Rec so we please request you bear with us and work your way around them.

Vote for your Player of the Season by the 22nd April 2012 and you could be in with a chance to win a TAG Heuer watch worth £1000 from Bath jewellers, Mallory in conjunction with Bath Rugby.
