First-team coach Martin Haag issued an apology to a sell-out crowd at The Rec after Bath Rugby were bullied and humiliated by Northampton Saints.

Ill-disciplined, uninventive, disjointed and out-gunned, Bath slumped to a second successive defeat in which their only return was two penalty goals.
