This weeks Chronicle articles on Bath Rugby...

Martin Haag says he and the rest of the Bath Rugby coaches face a selection conundrum over the next week as they seek to settle on their best starting XV.

With the squad buttressed by the return a six World Cup stars, and with key players also on the cusp of returning from injury, the first-team coach says competition is coming to the boil.

Moreover, a strong display by the club's academy players in Saturday's 46-16 thrashing of Newport Gwent Dragons has added another variable to the selection equation.

Saturday's home showdown with Worcester Warriors in the LV= Cup (2.15pm) is being treated as important in its own right by Bath, particularly after their bonus point win in South Wales put them top of their group.
