Thousands of long-term supporters are to be consulted over the future of a piece of land that could be the key to allowing Bath Rugby to expand at The Rec.
The club's training facilities at Lambridge could be part of a complex land deal to square the expansion of Bath Rugby at its historic home with charity watchdogs.
In order for the Charity Commission to agree that the club should have a larger footprint at The Rec, which is subject to charitable law, there must be some sort of increase in other land available for public use and enjoyment.
