Rugby league star Kyle Eastmond will join Bath at the end of the 2011 Super League season in November.
The England and St Helens scrum-half, 21, has been linked with a cross-code switch to The Rec for months and will sign a contract that runs until June 2014.
Eastmond joined Saints at the age of 13 and broke into the first team in 2008. He has gone on to make 42 appearances for the club since, scoring a total of 401 points, and won the first of his four England caps in 2009.
Bath head coach Steve Meehan has previously stated that Eastmond would be utilised either on the wing or at full-back initially if he opted to join Bath ahead of the other clubs in the hunt for his signature.
