Butch James is staying!

Great Great News...

 

Bath Rugby have confirmed Butch James will be staying at the club.

Earlier this month club chief executive Nick Blofeld indicated to the Chronicle that the World Cup-winning fly-half would be remaining at The Rec, with summer arrival Sam Vesty then acting as back-up to the South African.

Now head coach Steve Meehan has confirmed that James - who has two full seasons to run on his contract - will not be leaving Bath for his former club, the Natal Sharks.
